I have been unable to view my usage details for my Smart Hub since sometime in February. Once I log into my account and I am on the web page overview...I click on the link "view usage details" ... I get nothing but a never-ending rotating circle or lately 'We're unable to retrieve your info at the moment. Please try again later'.
I am accessing my account via a web browser... I have tried Chrome and Internet Explorer... different computers...makes no difference.
I tried the Telus App...but could not find where I could access usage details. Anyone know how to do that on the app?
Anyone else having this problem??
