Hi All,
I am trying to login to Telus TV plus using MY Telus UN and PW. I receive an error "Login failed: Missing SSO Ping path"
Does anyone know what the problem might be?

We are currently experiencing a login failure on Android mobile devices using the TELUS TV+ app. The team is actively working to resolve it - when it is resolved I will reply here. For now, you can access the TELUS TV+ app or Optik TV on all other supported devices. Thanks for your patience!
