I missed my opportunity to send kudos to Jhonmar the call centre rep who assisted me on March 25th with my Telus setup. He was helpful and patient with me, despite the many questions I had. I missed the opportunity to respond via the feedback email, but wanted to pass this on. IF you're able to resend the feedback email to me I will take care of it.
