I learned today that the Optik TV app is not available for Samsung TVs. This is directly contrary to what I was assured by the TELUS rep when I decided to switch to TELUS. As a result, I need four more Optik TV boxes. I tried to order them online today, but was directed to the “contact us” which required me to phone. I waited TWO HOURS on hold, and then was cut off by a message saying that due to technical difficulties they couldn’t take my call. Does anyone know how to order Optik TV boxes online, without having to wait online?
