Home Security Getting billed for equipment I've already returned

Just Moved In

I signed for the Telus Home Security thing and a few days later I returned since the equipment didn't work at all.


For my surprise, I just found Telus is charging me 601.80 for items I have already returned. What a scam!!!!

Please cancel that bill before I have a heart attack!

Do you still have the postal receipt for the items you shipped? You can use it to track your package, and prove it has been received by Telus.
