I’m getting Telus internet installed in a few hours. The instructions say to download and log into the Connect app beforehand. When I use my regular Telus login it says I need to connect the account. I try and get this. I don’t have a different email. When I try linking it says it’s already linked, but I can’t pass this screen. I tried over several days and on a different device with no luck
