I've had a billing error ongoing for 6 MONTHS and after a couple hours of on hold and agent time on two occasions Telus confirmed it will be reversed. It is for smart locks where the install tech could not install a second lock, but the bill has been coming for months.
I called and was promised it would be fixed TWICE.
Anyone else had this kind of frustrating scam with Telus.
They are saving so much money sending our calls off shore, maybe they could compensate their long standing customers for their time on hold???

Literally I've had to call Telus 4 times in a 12 month period regarding billing issues and sometimes they didn't even resolve it despite saying they waived the amount. And they think it's reasonable for us to wait hours on hold? Who has the time to do that. I wish we could charge them for our time.
