Billing Error | Just got Internet and Home Security.

Hi everyone! Prime here and I'm hoping someone can give me an answer while I'm on hold.

 

So a few weeks back I had called in to Telus to confirm a few promotions that I had seen while hooking me and the wifey up with internet and home security. (Got that 2006 CBR600RR) so I need some cameras, faster internet for that Netflix and chill, etc.

 

Well, I was told on the phone that all partial fees, installation fees, activation fees would be waived, and my bill would around 200$ a month for the first month, but not this whopping 500$ for the first month. I tried calling, got the ring a round, and now here I am, again. I just want them to give me a credit for their blunder, any ideas?

Hey @TheExaltedPrime - The first bill always includes partial charges so it will be higher than normal but not that high.
