Telus Stream+

I received an email about the Stream+ package, which offers Netflix, Disney+, and Amazon Prime for $20. My question is: what happens to my existing Amazon Prime account if I get the Telus Stream+? Will I still have to pay an extra $10 for Amazon Prime privileges like free deliveries and Prime Video, or will this only include Prime Video?

Hi there! If you already have a Netflix or Amazon Prime account, you can link your existing account so you don’t lose your watch history or account details. Once you link your existing account, your billing will transfer to TELUS.

Amazon will pause your direct billing immediately, once Stream+ is activated.

Any unused portion of your monthly/annual plan will remain within your Amazon account, and consumed should you remove your Stream+ billing at a later date. If you would like this balance to be refunded instead, you must contact Amazon directly to request a refund (amazon.ca/contact-us).

Customers with a Prime Video only subscription via the Google Play store will need to cancel their subscription within the Play Store manually.
