Community ManagerHi there! If you already have a Netflix or Amazon Prime account, you can link your existing account so you don’t lose your watch history or account details. Once you link your existing account, your billing will transfer to TELUS.
Amazon will pause your direct billing immediately, once Stream+ is activated.
Any unused portion of your monthly/annual plan will remain within your Amazon account, and consumed should you remove your Stream+ billing at a later date. If you would like this balance to be refunded instead, you must contact Amazon directly to request a refund (amazon.ca/contact-us).
Customers with a Prime Video only subscription via the Google Play store will need to cancel their subscription within the Play Store manually.
