Cancelling a service in myaccount
No option is provided for notifying a cancellation request in myaccount. Please correct this. Thank you

Yes, resolved. I appreciate that the last bunch of emails I got were successful. I mailed the equipment back to Telus a week or so ago and received my refund cheque a couple of days ago.
