why is the chat option available for corporate clients?

the staff who answer the online chat do not have access to support corporate clients.  such a waste of time

Corporate clients are supported either by the reseller they purchased the service from (large corporations) or by the Business Support staff if you are a small business plan. Consumers don't have access to these channels. Simple split between consumer and business plan services to reduce confusion.
