tax exempt first nations

Hello Im First Nations Indian and I’m a member with Koodo and TELUS. I’m just wondering if anybody has the TELUS tax exempt form link. Koodo sent me one but it says Koodo on it.

You may find it fastest to ask through their Twitter account TELUSsupport, where they can send the info more directly.  We’re all customers here, so don’t have access to all internal documents.
