i just moved and in the process i lost my receipt for my new cell phone .... now naturally my cells touch screen is acting up and i think needs replaced or something but i don't know if i can use my warranty without the receipt ......anyone have any help ?

Hello godzillamoma, our friend NBtoBC is correct, using the IMEI number of your phone, the store should be able to locate the original invoice. You can also reach Telus on twitter @TELUSsupport and they can look in your account. Sometimes, they can send you an email copy.
