I got the bill from TELUS and it is way too expensive comparing from I was paying to Bell, when I sign the contract I explain this to the person who work at the Mobility Kiosk, I show to her my previous telephone plan; then she promises me with TELUS I suppose to pay similar or lower, but now that I got this bill it is $60.00 more expensive.
I believe this is unfair practice and TELUS and their agents should have some considerations or at least ask if the person has the capacity to pay a higher amount.

Is this your first bill? IF so it will contain a partial month (until your regular billing date) and the fees for the first full month of service. After the first bill, the costs should level out.

Hi Padrechema,
As NFtoBC mentioned there will be pro-ration on your first bill which often covers more than one month as you are always paying it one month in advance. You can create an account online and view your detailed bill (in PDF format) and it should highlight the pro-rated portions of the bill.
