Does anyone get correct billing that team members keep making worse. I'm at the point where I seriously think they are lying to me to get me of the phone. I keep complaining that they are adding charges and they lie about how much I owe. I pay it off and then get a bill that is higher then the original I was complaining. Has anyone gone the route of filing a formal complaint? I am absolutely horrified with how bad the service is
