Nope. The Fab10 (Bell), My10 (Rogers) and 10 Favorites (Telus) thing were dropped last year in favor of loading plans with tons of minutes + the option of making them nationwide for $10 (excluding the $43 and $63 promos since they're already nationwide). That way you don't have to worry if someone is on your list or is LD. Unlimited calling plans were introduced, too, and a lot of my clients are starting to get rid of their home phone because of it.
