Telus doesn't run a separate network in Manitoba anymore, really. Once the Bell-MTS merger occurred, the network of cellular towers in Manitoba became part of the Bell - Telus shared cellular network, and all cellular activity occurs on that network. You can choose from the supplier which will provide you the best customer service, as the networks should be the same between Bell & Telus. Rogers will have a different footprint.

telus.com/welcomemanitoba talks about coverage and gives a coverage map. Telus shares towers with Bell so you'll be covered by the largest network in Canada. 🙂 By the end of 2017 Telus will have made 40 new towers in Manitoba which is way more than they had in 2016 in Manitoba.
