Wifi calling not working

Hey, Doing this on behalf of my bf cause his account won't link but we live out in the wood and need wifi calling other wise we have no way to contact anyone. It was working fine then at some point today Dec 12 it stopped working and he tried all the trouble shooting attempts (resetting, update and checking if it's still turned on). Nothing has changed on our end so I'm guessing it's a Tellus issue and we have no other way of contacting them so posting here to hopefully get this checked into.

I just switched from Bell to Telus, I am in a remote area without cellular service.  I drove an hour to get to an area with a cell signal, I then enabled WiFi calling and then when I got back home, I got a message saying, could not enable WiFi calling and now it's turned off again.

Has Wi-Fi calling worked before?

No, I just switched to Telus and few days ago.

It worked fine with Bell.

FYI, I am on the phone with tech support now... well, on hold actually but its being escalated.

They should be able to help resolve the issue

They have not.  I just drove an hour to get back to cell service and it's still not working.

I noticed WiFi calling is working now for me in Calgary.
