When is Telus going to update their webmail? How about an app? C'mon, it's so clunky it isn't funny.

Perhaps I'm missing something. I can't use the telus webmail very well at all. I use my Galaxy S3. Is it just me or has that interface been like that for the past 10 years? I would have hoped for an update, a mobile version or even an app. I think this is an issue and it's 2013 now. Please?

GrahamDouglas, I'm hopeful that by now you've seen a change to your email account introducing the new TELUS Webmail interface. While we don't have a Mobile browser or app version ready yet (the computer browser version & migration was our first priority), we'll look at that as a not-too-distant-future possibility.

 

Is there something in particular you're looking for in an app that your Galaxy S3 email client doesn't do? What key features do you feel are missing?

I like the new webmail client a lot. However, I have an old phone running Windows Mobile 6.5 and for some reason the built-in email client doesn't work when on data. 

 

I could really use a new mobile webmail site. I'd be glad to beta test it when it's available.
