i have been trying to get a hold of someone for two days i put a top up card on my phone that is supposed to have evenings weekends incomming calling and unlimited texting noone will help me at all this is the third time in the last four months i guess prepaid account holders do not gain the same respect as contract cosomers

Hi Tristan, that's very unusual. If you have a twitter account try reaching out to the awsome super star team @TELUSsupport on twitter or give a shout out to them on their Facebook page! Alternatively you can register an account on www.telusmobility.com and have full access to all the features on your account, including balance, features, plans, etc.
