Hello,
Has anyone else experienced this error when trying to click on a new Iphone to upgrade within the My Telus app and/or webpage. When I click on the phone I want, which is step one I get a banner that says
"Looks like we ran into some problems. If you'd like to try again click refresh."
I have tried all browsers, the app on my Iphone, cleared all caches, different machines and devices, had a co-worker go on his My Telus and he saw the same thing when navigating to the same spot I was at.
If so, any suggestions would be appreciated as I called support they really didn't help me at all, they just told me to email a support email address and I haven't heard back.
