Unlimited Domestic & Intl Text with my 5g+ Plan

Okay, can some one explain this feature to me. I am on a 5G+ Plan and it says that I have Unlimited Domestic & Intl Text included. If I am in the EU, can I SEND texts and receive responses? Does this cover MMS as well as SMS texts? My is a US/Canada Unlimited, so no problems when in the US. Thanks for your help.

No. Texts are included only if sent from Canada. Once you are in another country, international rates apply.
