@Labelguy1506 With the major rogers nation wide system failure yesterday i would think it will take time for things to settle down. Phone telus we can't do anything here.

As polecat mentioned, there may have been external factors at play here (the outage). It would be best to call Telus and ensure the port went through successfully.
