I got a call from (888) 537-8118 the other day. They seem to have all my info.
Telus website indicates Phone Phishing should be reported to their agents.
When I called to report/verify that number, the agents have no clue or process to do so.
Request for escalation get no response.
This is horrible customer service. Can anyone confirm if this is valid or phishing call?

Question was already asked multiple times. Consensus is that it's a scam.

But the number is categorized as "Globally accepted caller" which I assume it's been flagged as allowed by Telus.
