Hi, can you please provide more information ? What device model do you own ? Is the phone up to date ? Do you normally get good reception at that location ?

I have a galaxy s3 it is up to date and we do normally get good reception, we also have a lg g2 that is having the same problem and also an iPhone 5 on the bell network that is also having the same issue and we have always had good reception here,
