I have been a Telus customer for 25 years, and I’m very loyal. We recently moved to Chilliwack, and I have only one bar of signal at my home in the Little Mountain area and my workplace between downtown just before the freeway overpass. Sometimes I have to try driving somewhere open to make a phone call - 75% of my calls from home cut in and out and the person on the other end either cuts the call short or hangs up on me. I can generally not load websites when I am using data at work, even in the parking lot. This is right on Yale by Vedder! Is there any plans to improve the network. I’ve notice my coworker on Roger’s can use her phone in the building, but most of the time mine won’t connect. This happened with my Pixel and iPhone, so it’s not a hardware issue. Is this something that Telus plans to address soon, because it’s really disappointing.
