Poor signal in Edmonton?

Is anyone else experiencing poor signal (less than 3 bars) in SW Edmonton lately?

Have you tried turning your phone off and on again when you're getting the low bars? Is it at certain times of the day or always? How long is lately? What type of device are you using? Have you tried a new sim card? Some times replacing the sim card can help.

I noticed it this weekend. I have restarted and cold started.   It's a BlackBerry passport.
I reseated the sim card. It rarely gets more than 2 bars and amonth ago it was 4 or 5 bars most of the time.
