How do I get in touch with someone about an offer I received that is no longer being honored? The form on the escalation page is unavailable, how convenient.

Regarding the form, it'll be back online on December 3rd:

- Offered a plan on Nov 26th. Agent stated there would be even better deals on Black Friday.
- Called in Nov 28th. Agent stated offer on the 26th was invalid, and offered me a worse plan. Got annoyed at his horrible attitude when he told me I could go to another provider if I wanted a better price, told him to cancel my services.
- Called back Nov 29th hoping to deal with a more reasonable agent. Now I'm told both the 26th and 28th offers were invalid. Offered an even worse offer again.
I'm so sick and tired of the ridiculous run around and need to bitch and moan relentlessly just to get what I should have gotten in the first place.
