Nope you don't need to setup anything. Unlimited nationwide family calling is a feature that allows you to call numbers under the same account without getting charged for extra minutes or even long distance.
I.e. on your account you have 2 lines, both of you live in Vancouver but the 2nd line went to saskatoon.
Both of you wont get charged for LD if you call each other and the local minutes that you will be using will not be deducted to the 150 daytime minutes that Telus provides you each month.
