I have been with Telus for over 2years and my experience with them is horrible. Network is extremely bad despite the fact that you have 100gb unlimited Canada - US. Frequent times of disconnection and unstable connection and try new locations while I’m still in town, Calgary
Customer Service are extremely bad as they can’t handle your issues or some of them hanging up the phone on you despite been waiting their call over an hour, they still try not to help you by either giving excuses or hanging up the phone on you. This is totally unacceptable and not recommending anyone to join this provider as all my friends and family members have the same experience. I’m cancelling their services ASAP!
