Mobility: Adding a prepaid to an existing Telus monthly account?

My girlfriend has a active Telus prepaid phone and number and I would like to add her phone number to my account so we can utilize my share plan?

  I tried the "activate device" option on the Telus website but it tells me that it's already active.

Any ideas?

You can't add a prepaid account to your monthly account, but you should be able to port her number to post paid, and simultaneously add it to your account. You would than have the ability to share your data allotment, etc. Look carefully at your costs, as it may make financial sense to keep the pre-paid if sufficiently inexpensive.

 Call Telus if you need to make this change, as it is not exactly straight-forward.
