There is no direct email for the loyalty department. You can click on the contact us button to email Telus and they will determine if another department needs to follow up with you and have them call you or if client care can help you. If client care can help you than that's who would answer your email. If you call *611 most client care agents have light loyalty training now and can help you with most things the loyalty department can.
