LTE Draining Account Balance

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S III Mini. It is a prepaid phone, with 4G access. In certain areas, my 4G data changes to LTE. After I turn my data off, ALL the money in my account balance will be gone ($0.00) for 24 hours. After 24 hours, the money returns to my account. Is anyone else having this issue, or know how to fix it? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi tomboylover, do you have an application that allows you to view your data usage? Your phone changing from 4G to LTE should not have an impact on your balance, specially if you have a data feature. I'm not on prepaid and I've never had this issue before.

Where is it you are seeing this change in account balance? On your phone, in your account, do you get notifications?

 

A bit more detail would help the neighbourhood provide some support.
