Is the website flakier than normal right now?

I recently changed my plan and my call control was taken off.  I've added it back but when I try to look at my call log or add to the 'accepted list' I get nothing.  Tried a different browser, same thing.  Logged in from my phone and I don't even see a call control option and of coarse the chat doesn't work at all.

This company is getting more and more frustrating to deal with!

I started a thread on this a couple days ago and spoke with a number of Telus reps through various channels.  The Call Control management feature appears to be working again as of today.

The Telus website going through my computer still doesn't work but the "My Telus" app on my phone DID allow me to add numbers the 'accepted list'.
