Upgrading my Home internet package from Telus Website
Hi,
I was wondering how long it will take for it to update. I was on the phone with Telus, and they said I don't need a new device as the current one will support it. Then I did it but still has the same speed. Does anyone know how long it takes?
SnogardY27 The general rule of thumb is up to 24 hours from the time of the order. What time did you place the order and are you still experiencing the previous speeds?

- Hi, thanks for the response. Yeah it took around 20 hours. I have it now. I was told it could happen. Again thanks for the reply.
