I keep on getting calls from people with South Asian accents about Telus Mobility promotions. I've already complained to Telus Mobility and they told me that they will put my number on the no contact list. Despite this, I still get calls. Just five minutes ago, I got another one. I told the guy to check their records because they are not supposed to contact me. He then told me "**bleep** you, **bleep** you, **bleep** you."
Really Telus? This is the type of people you hire?

Those aren't Telus employees. Those are scammers pretending to be Telus. The profanity is a really good indicator that it's the scammers. They frequently do that when challenged. If you are using Telus for your phone, turn on Call Control. It should filter them out.

I got such a call tonight. The number that showed on Call Display said TELUS. When I was hesitant to take up her offer (which was less than 50% of my mobile plan now), she sent me an email that looked totally legit -- no spelling errors, links all went to Telus sites -- and I hadn't given her my email. So confusing!
