How do I activate a sim as a non canadian resident

Hi bought a sim card and prepaid voucher today but when I tried to activate the sim it only asks me for a Canadian address which I don't have as i'm not Canadian.

Be gratefil if someone could tell me how to register it

You could use the address of the store you purchased the SIM, the accommodation where you are staying, or the local pub or gas station. It really does not matter for prepaid.  I'd use the accommodation where you are staying if you want to be closest to the truth.

Thanks but it's not fair for the nice lady i'm staying with to receive any potential junk mail because telus are unable to give an option for tourists.

I'm sure she has a recycle bin for the occasional piece of mail which might show up every few years, but your choice.

You could try using the address for telus head office.

You're not likely to be able to get it fixed, so you are going to need to use some sort of address from Canada.  Call them and opt out of any mailings, or when you leave, tell them you've moved out of the country...
