Hello,
Just wondering about how to port my spouse over from a competitor mobility service. Her 3-year contract is up with competitor service within the next month (early Dec). I am approaching the end of Year 2 in a 3-year contract with TELUS Mobility. We want to port her over to TELUS Mobility without losing her number, and we're obviously wondering about what bundling and/or special offers TELUS can give us for becoming a totally TELUS family. Thank you.

Call telus and ask them you want to port another # over. Also ask for a deal with respect the rate plans. If you are near the end of a contract and you are porting another number that will not be on a contract, then they are likely to give you a better plan.
That said, if your plan is to upgrade both phones, you will need to resign yourself to paying for their shareplus plans.

Hello TrueNorthStrong, porting a number is an easy process compare to choosing your new device and your plan. You'll be able to find some offers here http://www.telus.com/en/ab/index.jsp but I think that going into a TELUS store is also a good idea. You'll be able to find out about the different offers for combining your services and you can also touch and feel the phones, which I think is important before buying one.
Our friend Dark_Knight is right, contacting TELUS is your first step and don't hesitate to message our friends here again, thanks!
