Galaxy s7 not working in belize

According to the telus website digi cell network is suppose to work w telus in belize.
I have a galaxy s7 and when I scan for networks manually I only see BTL and SMART networks.... I'm with other people that can scan and lock onto digi cell...

I don't understand?

Go to ‘My Account’ and check in the details of your plan to see if International Voice Roaming, International Data Roaming, and International Calling are included on your plan. These are needed to access international carriers. Beyond that, you should be able to connect to carriers in Belize at pay per use rates, even if you do not have a travel package.

Curious as to the phones others are using.

Either way i cannot even see digi cell when searching for networks manually.. others have iPhones...

Shows it should on digi cell...

But when I search for networks it doesn't show up

Yes a few times. Can't remove Batt from this phone.. I don't understand how I can't even see the digi cell network?

Yes, Digicell should be available in Belize. Do the other networks work when you try to join? If not, I would suggest going in your settings and selecting GSM only as your network mode and try searching again!

I tried everything.....

Gsm only etc.

Cannot connect to BTL or SMART network.

And cannot even see digi cell when I search networks. Weird.

I went to Will my cell work and it said my galaxy s7 wikk work here on that network.
