FIX CALL DISPLAY + ANONYMOUS ID

If someone calls and they don't have a name set for their number for example: other mobile phones, VoIP numbers etc. the call display will show "anonymous" when a call is received. This is incorrect since they are sending their number but no name information. So if a call is received but they don't have a name, you should display the number in the name field as well, so we can at least know who's calling before we pick it up. So you should have something like this for example: IF CNAM = anonymous THEN show CNAM = E164.

It is my opinion that TELUS should not change the CName information.  If CNAME info  is not provided or available then TELUS should not add this field to the call info. The receiving device can  decide how to display the missing info, such as "unknown"

@FIX_CID The huge problem with your request is the spam and scam callers already show the same fake number they are calling from in both the name and number. It's one big indicator an incoming call is spam.

The problem is all calls from Bell cell phones show up as "anonymous". On iPhones we don't get both number and name fields on incoming calls, so almost every call I receive says anonymous. There should be so way to correct this.

Complain to Apple for not showing both lines of information. All iPhones work that way.
