Equipment Price Match Request- no response

@TELUS_Support I submitted an equipment price match request on Dec 31, 2024 and have not received any further updates. I received a text confirmation message on the day of submission stating that it would take approximately 15 business days to process. There doesn’t seem to be a way to track the status through the MyTelus app. Please advise any next steps. Thank you.

Hello @silca , can you give us more details regarding the equipment you were trying to price match? Did you check your emails and your spam folder in case they replied to you there? Thanks!

The price match request was for the iPhone 16 pro max. I’m part of the Bring it Back program and the monthly payment amount for this particular device went down shortly after my purchase. I’ve checked my inbox and spam folder regularly, but have not received any email updates on the price match request.
