If I am roaming in the united states with easy roam and a friend in Canada with Nationwide calling gives me a call, will they be charged for long distance to the states or will this be considered within Canada.

The cost to them is unchanged. The costs of roaming are all chargeable to your account, and covered by your Easy Roam subscription.
