Dropped calls

Hi, new to Telus..I have a LG G7 one and calls are constantly dropped. I call once, call gets dropped, I call back and it's fine. Becoming increasingly frustrating as I am on the phone all the time.
I have gone into store and had my sim card switched but that didn't work. Any suggestions other than returning phone to store?
Calls drop when I'm in my car and when I'm in my house.

I'm having the same issue, except I'm on Fido.

I live in Allard and facing a lot of problem recently especially since the software upgrade. Not sure if it was because of the upgrade. Also found out telus doesnt have a tower around here. Mine is a Samsung phone. It's not the phone, its the coverage
