Disappointed with Telus

So I made the switch to Telus in August and have been gradually moving over my lines and only have 2 lines remaining with Rogers. Every single time I've called Telus (basically the hours I am available) they are closed! What ever happened to 24 hour support? I never knew that I was spoiled as a Rogers customer...

Their plans are not competitive either when Rogers is doing double the data on ALL plans, you get 20GB in their Share Plan while Telus only gives you 10GB? you can also add 9 lines with Rogers, with Telus you're limited to 5 max, so if you've got 5 people with phones you are out of luck adding any tablets or other devices. Also, data overage with Telus costs more than 3x as much as Rogers??? The most inferiating thing about it all is there's absolutely nobody to talk to when you need them.

The iPhone 5s I just picked up with Telus might have to get returned to the store and keep that w/ Rogers... Why on earth would Telus not try to keep pace with the competition? Grrrr...

Thanks for putting up with my rant.

Competitive? You do know you live in Canada right? There is no such thing as competition in cellular.

I should also note, from my experience Telus customer service has been excellent when they are available. They just need to be open 24/7 to accommodate the hundreds of thousands or even millions of people with schedules like my own.
