Hello! Quite some time ago, when I first got my smartphone and my number from Telus, I was recieving a lot of messages from the previous owner's contacts. As I was prepaid, it was costing me a tiny fortune, and I called Telus directly and the technician there walked me through the website to the Online Messaging - and there was an option to disable Texting completely for the account. Which I did. Fast Forward 5 years, and now I want to use messaging, but the entire Messaging section of the website is gone, and theres nowhere I can see to re-enable the feature. I did buy the addon for messaging, but that did not do the trick. I'm still unable to recieve messages. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance!

I've not heard of turning SMS off, as it is so intertwined with the voice system. You will likely need to call in to have it reset.
