I am unable to view the details of the credits posted to my billing Account. I have checked the Telus App and also tried by logging in to MyTelus through Telus website. The call centre agents are unable to tell the details of credits posted and my bill shows a drop of $38. I need to know the break-up of the amount as I have multiple plans and phones. Any help is appreciated.

The billing breakdown will appear on the next invoice following the credit application. From the perspective of your account, it will not be structured in the way you've described until that bill is produced.
