Data plan won't work

Hello, I have added the "Data 10" addon to my plan, and it has not been working on my phone. I have cellular data enabled on settings.

 

I have the iPhone 8 with iOS 16

So you have completed both steps - adding the $$ top-up, and applying the add-on?

Restart your phone, then make sure Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network has isp.telus.com as the APN.
