Hello,
Currently I have a mobility line via Telus EPP and I would like to transfer the same to Telus Consumer. Trying to avoid porting out of telus and then coming back again. Any suggestions on how to do that and if it is feasible will be very helpful.

The short answer is yes - you can convert an an EPP account to a regular consumer one without having to "port out" or cancel it first.

I did it using the hard way i.e. porting out and porting back in but I believe you can do it via calling the EPP Customer Support.
