Im trying to contact Telus from Australia so that I can cancel my plan/set up a year long pre-paid service so that I can retain my phone number while I am living abroad for the time being. I have tried contacting these departments at their number: 1-416-940-5995 but haven't been able to get through. I have tried 04169405995, 014169405995, and 4169405995. How do I contact Telus from Australia?
